Mauskovic Dance Band

Their arsenal of hazy rhythms and dubby percussion, fused with a love of Afro-Caribbean poly rhythms has cemented MDB’s reputation as a live act that fires up the dancefloor. From Amsterdam, they are a musical family, with four of the five band members related. With hypnotic grooves and airtight arrangements, they have taken their instruments on the road everywhere from Russia to Mexico, with plenty of European festivals in between. Active since 2016, MDB picked up the ears of British label Soundway Records and released an EP and their debut self-titled album in 2019. Their latest album Bukaroo Bank, released in 2022, continues their journey of making imaginative, rhythm-driven, euphoric music.
