Matt, WCF’s General Manager and a Wellington native, has a global career spanning top brands like Heinz Watties and Griffin’s Foods. Proudly part Samoan, he’s passionate about building Pacific Island partnerships to uplift local cocoa farming. Maddi, Head of Production and Innovation, channels her food tech expertise from Tip Top into crafting ethically-sourced, irresistible chocolate creations. Together, they bring the perfect blend of chocolate science and art to WOMAD, supporting sustainable farming and delighting taste buds, one award-winning bar at a time.
