Childhood friends, the four members joined forces for a Festival performance in 2021, but when it was cancelled because of the pandemic, they transformed their work into the album, SIM SIM SIM, which won them a Latin Grammy Award for Best Portuguese Language Contemporary Pop Album. The band was also nominated for Best Group of the Year and Revelation of the Year at the 2022 Multishow Brazilian Music Awards. The quartet, which mixes a series of style references from MPB, reggae, chula, salsa, rock and frevo, has also performed at major festivals, such as Primavera Sound, Spain, and Rock in Rio.
